Generic Application Form- IMM 0008 (03-2014)

Hi,
I completed the Form IMM-0008 (03-2014) and validated.
10 nos of bar codes are appeared and below each it is mentioned IMM 0008_11-2013_1 to 10.
Is this 2013 with the bar code is normal or it should be 2014?
Please share your experience

Never panic once you used the current form of
March,2014.

The barcode generated is fine.
