i need help with filling the dependants out,

it says you must provide the following details about each family member weather they will be accompanying you to canada or not, you must include your spouse or common-law partner if applicable, and all your dependent children, and those of your spouse or common-law partner, who are not already permanent residents or citizens of canada

okay so my question is, i am filling this form out for my husband who lives in mexico, and we are legally married and have 2 kids, and i have the 2 kids here with me in Canada, so would i include them on this still or what would i put in this section, i am very confused by this section,

also when it says intended occupation in canada what would i put there, because my husband has a job offer here from a friend of mine, but he is unsure of what he going to work when he comes here, please someone answer this, thank you very much

I'm really confused to ,don't know why we have to do one for the dependents ..Hope you get an answer from some more experience members.

I assume you are a Canadian citizen, sponsoring your husband from Mexico? The 2 kids, were they born here in Canada, even though he is the father?
Intended occupation can be anything he thinks he might do here, if he has experience in anything .
You could use the job offer, as it gives something for him to maybe start with, that would be an easy answer, just make sure you tell him what you wrote if ever asked.

Yed i am a canadian citizen, my first son was born in mexico but is a canadian citizen because of me, my daughter was born in canada tho because i moved back when i was 20 week pregnant and yes i am sponsoring my husband which is the father to my children from mexico..just would like to know how i would fill the form

Well, if both children are residents of Canada/Citizens, hen you are only sponsoring your husband.
You might need to include your dependent children, just because they are your dependents (part of your existing family here), but again, you are the sponsoring the immigrant father.
This can be a good thing, as they want to unite families, so his Canadian children need their father here too.
And employment, I would state his occupation now (if any) in Mexico, but also indicate as I previously mentioned, whatever he may be good at or desire when here.

The children are not included in the application. They only are listed on the IMM 5406
