is it right? do how CIO know I that payed the fees cos the bank send the draft to general receiver for Canada. how I prove them that I payed? cos the copy I should keep in case they don't get my bank draft.

i can understand you are new to this bank draft thing. your bank knows how to make a demand draft; just go to them. submit your payment form and infrom them your bank draft will be payable at "Receiver general for canada".qveronica said:
