Is there's a a program here in Alberta that doesn't required IELTS or CELPIP.
And would it be possible for an immigration consultant/lawyer to request a CIC officer to process the papers of his/her applicant?

Yes if you get a job that is under category NOC B/A/O, it doesn't require IELTS.
But those jobs requires at least 2 years diploma program or more. (U of Alberta, U of Calgary, SAIT, NAIT... etc there is a list that you can check which school is eligible in AINP website)


and for your second question,

are you asking if you can hire a representative to submit the application?
if so, yes you can hire an immigration consultant/lawyer to process your application

LOL no, there is no such thing my friend.. There is a reason people want to immigrate to Canada and that is because everyone is equal and as such, everyone is treated equally

And if your immigration consultant did tell you that, I would check his credentials and make sure he is a LEGITIMATE immigration consultant
who is qualified and certified...

I don't think that's even possible if you hired PM lol


There was a criminal chrages on CIC officer few years ago who took money to speed up somebody's application and both fell into criminal charges and the CIC officer lost his job + the person who gave the money was prevented from applying any visitor visa/PR to Canada.


If sombody offered you that kind of suggestion, it's 99.9% scam. Just don't buy it.

Actually I'm little surprise when they told me about that. And even get interested of hiring him as my consultant.
But he is really fast a friend of mine got his papers in less than a year (i think 6 mos) and didn't even take IELTS or CELPIP.
I dnt know what's the real score with this consultant.

if he does his job really well (etc preparing docs) and that made the whole process faster, that could be reliable.
But if he actually mentioned that he knows someone in CIC to fasten the process, that's totally illegal and I don't recommend at all.
You never know when it's going to hold you back if you have done it.

Search up for his name if he's legit immigration lawyer/consultant first then make your choices
To be honest, whole process is doable. Nothing is really complicated as long as you do it carefully.
and you can ask anything if you have question in this forum or search it up.
why don't you save the money and avoid hassle to get any news through your representative every single time? 8)
