Hi my fiancé is in Canada, he is born and brought up there only. I am from India so we are planning to get married now..my question is that if we get married there in Canada will it process the immigration fastly. I mean if we get married in India so does it take long time for immigration than getting married in Canada?

The estimated processing time for both routes viz. inland (applied in-Canada) or outland (outside Canada) are the same i.e. currently 12 months.

1. Do you have a visa/TRV to travel to Canada to get married?
2. As a Canadian citizen, your husband can start the spousal PR sponsorship even if he stays in India after the marriage
