Field 17, "attach divorce papers": I realise this is meant to be a copy, but my divorce is a certified translation with an attached affidavit. Do you think I need to also certify the copy?

Field 11 (and other fields): I can't fill in the date of last entry to Canada. Is it supposed to be that way?
Dependants section - I am a Canadian living with my British husband abroad and we have 2 children. We will get citizenship for our children, so do I need to add them here?
