1) Is it just fine if the dates when the signatures have been made for all forms, are different from one another? Is it big of a deal? The dates are just a few weeks apart - some forms were filled out on the first week, others were on the second week of the same month.
2) How long is the validity of signatures from the day they were made? Do they expire? Some of my forms have already been signed last August, yet they are to be submitted in October or November. I have been running errands, and the completion of forms can be very difficult to maneuver in just little time.
3) I am being sponsored by my father, and my application is up for resubmission since it was denied due to what the offices labeled "missing form". The form in question was "IMM 5604 Declaration from non-accompanying parent/guardian". I purposely did not submit and fill out the form because I was already 18 upon answering it. I am perplexed.
