Hi,

1.What is Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ) in the general application form with options No & Yes. Can i leave this empty without selecting anything and also related questions i.e. entire question '7'?

2.What is UCI? Can i leave it blank?

3.Education - Highest level of education
I did M.Sc from Andhra University, so should i select Master's Degree in this question or should i select equivalent degree stated by WES

4.No. of years of education
1-10th + 12th + B.Sc (3yrs) + M.Sc (2 yrs) = 17 yrs total, is this correct?

5.Current Occupation/Intended occupation
Is this a NOC code or title of my current job?

Please help to resolve these queries.

It is kind o nomination from Quebec province. Just select no if you don't have it.

2.What is UCI? Can i leave it blank?
Have you before applied for any kind of visa to visit Canada. If Yes then you should have UCI#. If you don't know it just leave it blank.

3.Education - Highest level of education
I did M.Sc from Andhra University, so should i select Master's Degree in this question or should i select equivalent degree stated by WES

Hi I need help in filling forms,

I was in USA from 2008/08 - 2013-05. I stayed in California State for almost 2 Years and after that I moved to NY in search of job, where I stayed for 2 Years 3 Months. Now shall I split the dates as following or just mention as one trip.

2008/08 - 2011/02 (2 Years 7 Months) - San Jose, USA- Purpose: Education
2011/03 - 2013/05 (2 Years 3 Months) - Middletown, NY & Jersey City, NJ, USA Purpose: Job

7. Education-
Do following years are correct for level of education?
Elementary/ Primary School - 4 Years (Standard 1st to 4th)
Secondary/high School - 6 Years (Standard 5th to 10th)
University/College - 7.5 Years (5 Years of Bachelor degree , and 2 Years 5 Months of Masters Degree)
Trade School or Other Post Secondary School - 3 Years (Standard 11th and 12) Three Years because I was unable to appear for the exam due to medical problem.


8. Personal History -
2011-08 - 2013-05 - USA JOB
2013-06 - Present - self employed

Do I need to mention the period 2013-05 to 2013-06 as an unemployed?
