Please tell me what is difference between GCSM and CAIPS notes? Once I have ordered caips and information in caips was in strange terminology. but one another guy obtain GCSM notes and reasons was very clear.

Is GCSM more explanatory than capis?

Nothing, CAIPS was the predecessor of GCSM
