I am outside Canada, so what is the impact of this

Looks like IRCC has updated your file with unavailable for oath as you are outside of the country. I might be wrong but if you have sent them an email telling them you are traveling out of the country and won't be back for a certain time they put a hold. so this ceremony - unavailability might mean that.
