GCMS Query

I have an application under process in CEC.
I want to order a gcms notes to know what is happening to my file.
I submitted my file using a representative. Do i need to sign a consent form in gcms application(IMM 5744), if i want to apply myself. because he is charging 100$ for that..
I am currently living in Canada, holding a valid PGWP..

Pls help...

I did the same mistake payed 300 to my rep second time i ordered my self online with just 5 dollars and got them in exact 30 days

Hi MapleLeafCan,

As long as you are in Canada, you can apply for Case Notes under GCMS notes. If you are the Applicant, then you do not need consent from anyone. If you want notes to include information for other applicants (if any) of the same PR application you need to attach their consents.
