Can we request for GCMS notes from outside Canada???
I just went through https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en and it says to apply person must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently present in Canada.

Unfortunately, you will have to ask someone who is in Canada to request the notes on your behalf. You can upload a consent letter during the online request.

Just a simple question, If We apply for GCMS where did they send the info ? I mean which e-mail the one they have already in their File or do we need to give again our e-mail Address ?
I am asking because they have e-mail of my Consultant in their file, but I want GCMS reply to my e-mail .. Is this is possible ?
