Ordering GCMS Notes On Implied Status?

Hey everyone, 2 questions:

Is this the site for requesting GCMS notes?

https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/

According to this website, you can request GCMS notes if you're currently a citizen, PR or Current resident of Canada. If that's true, can I request GCMS notes from this site If I'm on Implied work status?

Yes you can, implied status precisely means that your work permit is maintained and therefore you still are a temporary resident of Canada.
