No problem , keep in mind that they may not answer you , I emailed and never got an answer but the notes showed up after day 48. According to the statement on the web page they are behind lol
Oh I thought I will receive them less than 30 days  I’m going to email them on Monday,
Where I should write the tracking number on the subject of email? They requested me the consent form and I sent it, should I write them on the same email?

Case held as per back-office program

Looked in the notes and nothing says it's bad or they having doubts nothing , but this case held sounds weird. Ppl are saying it's cause the VO that shall be assigned is backlogged too much so it's just in storage in waiting.

I dont undersntd the part that if its a back log issue why they hold the 2018 files in storage and transfer and process the 2019 apps ? for example the Nov 2018 apps have no update and they transfer the April and May 2019 to process. I know every case is different . But if backlog is the issue this is not the right way to process queues.

i seriously don't know how it's managed there... i don't understand a thing with this part it's whatever. 2018 cases are almost done... (they have transferred end of nov and start of dec 2018 on july 22th... but... still is not logical

i have asked info on it via webform .... cause is def tough to understand and also the meaning of this Case Held as per Back Office program

Can anyone help me with this. Part of the notes states Case Analyst Review PR. What the heck is that. The minute Mexico picked up the file it seems it was tossed into a Case Analyst Review. Hoping someone knows the answer to this. I assume they are looking closer at the application

Well since Mexico are the one doing the Eligibility i guess .. they do this process to be sure it matches the current status of the app. Usually its like a superior that look back at the review of the case before ppr.

Yes I understand that, However What is the difference between the Officer review and Case Analyst.... now Im super confused. Shows nothing about Officer , only Location, Case Analyst PR Paper file Mexico ..... blah I have a feeling our app is definitely going over a year now

Apparently case analyst reviews files first and the visa officer makes the final approval. Usually when the case analyst says "Recommended pass" or "MET" the Officer will go with him.

I had received my GCMS notes today and the following statement was under description in Medicals
"Has a condition that might reasonably be expected to cause excessive demand on health or social services to such an extent that the applicant is inadmissable under section 38(1)
IME status : Assessed
IME status reason : Not Granted.

S Profile 2.02
Description: Inactive Tuberculosis

What does this mean ? Is it only surveillance or I might receive a PFL or rejection??

Eligibility: met
Medicals : In progress
Criminality: Passed

Can someone let's us know what IME status reason is ?

For PA IME status is Granted

That is a bit odd. I remember inactive TB was not a deal breaker before but I think OHIP doesn't cover the treatment now. Either ways, taking antibiotics for this is not an expensive thing. They may ask for you to prove costs are not an excessive demand. I think this case has a good chance to win if it goes that way. You may want to search the forum for same.

By the way, did they ask for a phlegm test? Or the applicant disclosed in act be TB or the TB blood test showed TB?

Usually, abnormalities showing on x-ray is sent to a phlegm test which is a culture test that can take up to 3 months to prove their is no active TB and if so applicant is issued visa and they get a letter to see a doctor in Canada.

In Canada 3 courses of antibiotics is prescribed to prepare the patient against future TB issues.

Maybe rules are changed and they will ask applicant to do the same in home country bit I doubt it.
