What's the average processing time for gcms these days? Is it still 1 month? Because their website says they receiving more than usual requests.

Expect 30days, but surprisingly, I ordered on the 23rd March and received on the 26th March. It surprised me.

I ordered mine in mid-February and still have not received them (the deadline was March 14). It’s the first time they are late, usually I get them on the 31st day.

‘SPR SECONDARY REVIEW REQUIRED’

What it means? Most probably they’ll invite for interview?

No I contact them after 34 days and they said they would prioritize my request.

I finally received mine after 45 days.

We are clearly going through security clearance as a lot of information has been redacted. Criminality and eligibility are passed. We are at 13 months and two weeks of processing.

One note puzzles me :
CRIM entered SVP EDE x RP

It’s a mix of English and French since our office is Paris. Do you guys have an idea of what it means, especially EDE?

I called the IRCC agent and was told background is in process. Please does background check also include Eligibility?

For the due date on Security or Eligibility can I expect any kind of correspondence around those dates? Same with my Medical expiration. File has been in LA for over 10 months and I saw both of those due dates are coming up according to my notes.

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for some help. My husbands application was sent to VO in Cairo and when I ordered my GCMS notes it says he is recommended for an interview since January and we still have not received an interview date. Can anyone help to tell me what do they mean that the interview is for under TYPE Eligibility. he passed medical and criminal. Second questions does anyone have an idea of why our papers have been in Cairo for so long without a date. FYI we are past the 12 month mark.

I got GCMS notes and here is some info I need clarity on.

On the second page it says MATCHED RECORDS and then it is blank and right top it says s.13(1)(a) and s.19(1)
This is same for me and my wife.

Eligibility: MET
Security: NO STARTED
CRIMINALITY: NOT STARTED
