I received my latest GCMS notes today. After a 2 months gap (last note was in mid Feb by an analyst), my application was reviewed by an immigration officer in April and my eligibility was updated from "Recommend Pass" to "Passed". The Group # and Group Name entries on the first page of my notes are no longer empty. However, my security status has not changed from "Not Started" (BG NA)!?

My question is, what is the significance of having been assigned a group name and group # in my notes?

Any analysis unrelated to my question will also be appreciated.

Hello Foks, I received my GCMS notes and I was going through each page for my PNP description it says Employer Driven but whereas my PNP is under open stream with no employer restriction on it not sure why it will say Employer Driven now I am afraid that for my BOWP application they will issue me work permit for closed employer, please advise.

Hi, I am AOR - 14 Feb , CEC. Medical pass & IP1 - 12 March. RCMP request - 1 May, submitted RCMP - May 1.

I received my GCMS notes today. If someone could please help me. On the email received it says -

"The processing of your request is now complete. Please refer to the following for an explanation as to what was released:
Disposition of your records: Disclosed in part
Section(s) of the Act applied (if applicable): 16(1)(c) injurious to the enforcement of any law of Canada or a province or the conduct of lawful investigations, 19(1) personal information"

The pages which are marked as 16(1)(c) are as follows -

Some info is white out(hidden) under it.
GROUPS -
Groups - 0
Again, some info is white out (hidden) under it.

On the last page where agent notes are -

My question is - As all of the agent notes from CPC - Ottawa are hidden how can i interpret it. Is it something serious. I have no such history and have a clean record. Could it be related to RCMP request. Though there was a note regarding RCMP fingerprint request on 13 March on my notes ..I received the RCMP request on May 1. There was lot of delay in asking for the report.

Any insight into it would be appreciated. Thanks

I am new to this forum, but read few of ur posts and seems amazing that you are helping out so many people. This is real generous of you!!

I am Jul'16 applicant and my file is still in process. i ordered my GCMS notes in Fed'17. under eligibility it shows "REVIEW REQUIRED" Status updated by : SM01395 and updated date : 2017/02/21.

On 28/02/2017, an immigration officer visited home for surprise visit., but i was at work so he met my mother in law and asked many question. She did her best but somwhr failed to provide the proofs they asked for (like : photo album (as album was at my place and one album at canada with my husband), invitation card) but told them if they wanna see on computer she can make them see, but they said no thats ok.

till date there is no update from their side, no interview scheduled (if they are unsatisfied with the home visit), no additional doc request or anything. My medical is expiring on 15/06/2017

I am too much worried and in real bad condition to know that they are not moving my file at all. while they hav strted giving PR's to Jan'17 applicants as well.

I hav ordered my new GCMS NOTES and expecting to be with me in couple of days.

Can you please help me or advice what should i do and how much time it will take to get thru my file?

How long after refusal to order notes? I want to make sure they have been sufficiently updated before ordering them. Interview was May 11, received refusal notice in myCIC on May 16th. Thanks

My notes generated 2 months after aor showed security as not started for myself spouse and also for security combined for application when it is mentioned on page 2 of notes
The next notes generated after 3 months of aor showed the security of all three (PA spouse and combined for application) updated by visa officer at LVO on the same date but it is hidden with S15.1 mentioned on all pages
Upon calling IRCC helpline they said my security is still in progress
Can anyone say anything about the situation
I feel security is passed

I see security, but a lot of blanks after. This is what it shows in the notes. Any insight?
