I can't apply as I am PNP for PR outside.
No. Only if you are a PR or citizen.
But if you have a friend or relative in Canada with status they can apply for you.
You need to sign the consent form.

Hi guys:

I just found out in my wife's (Sponsor) CoR (I am guessing country of residence) they mentioned Some other country which is her place of birth not residence (it is of course Canada), unless I am mistaken about the acronym CoR. My CoR is showing Canada not my home country so I am guessing CoR stands for country of residence. How should I fix that? Should I send another CSE saying correct her CoR?

Thanks
Sam

Not sure what it means but I see the same for my husband. Validity date says 24-Nov-2016, due date is 12-Feb-2017.

Hi Guys,

I received my GCMS notes and although its a bit early I found some interesting things.

1 My address is wrong under clients details as its got my previous Canadian address. Not sure where they got that from as I didn't even write it anywhere on my form. My address on ECAS is correct though. Should I contact them to correct this? if so what method of communication should I use.

2. At the end of agents notes the following was added ' File being held for back office pilot project' anyone come across this before?

3. Agent also keeps adding the following to notes ' London applicant do not qualify for OB570

Please can anyone shed some lights on the above please

Thanks for you help in advance

I guess your case is one that they want to use on a pilot yet to be announced.

OB570 is Operational Bulletin 570. I cannot seem to find it through google, and when I try to change the web address of a currently public OB, apparently it doesn't exist (not public?). This may relate to #2.

it may be a good idea to ask in the London thread if anyone has seen this before. they have pretty comprehensive information. Did the sponsor approval letter suggest the file is in london or ottawa?

What does it mean when they put a due date in the GCMS notes. For example our medical furtherance which was finished and passed by us Dec 03, 2016 (uploaded digitally to the cic through a cic based clinic) in the GCMS notes has a "Due Date: 2017/01/10". Criminality and security is passed. Eligability is passed. We only wait for this medical furtherance to be confirmed received by them and passport requested but its been over a month now with no news, no info, no anything. Does this mean they will not look at the file again until that date even if they have all the pertinent information?
