GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

I ordered my GCMS notes 90 days ago. I sent ATIP an e-mail 7 days ago but haven't got a reply.

When do ATIP usually reply back?

I was in the same shoes. Sent them a message after 60 days and they responded saying it will be "priority". Sent them another e-mail at about 90 days and then quickly sent the notes. Keep firing them e-mails as this long of a delay is unacceptable.

bad news everyone i ordered gcms notes and they came in today.. the officer on sept 22 put in a note first of all saying that our relationship started summer 2015 and shortly after we got engaged meanwhile we were in a relationship since summer 2014 and got engaged in summer 2015.can someone please help on what i should do about how they have the dates wrong of the relationship.. can i do a case enquiry about it?


. he also said the pa looks uncomfortable in the pictures that we sent.. i dont even understand what that means.. he usually doesnt smile in pictures but thats just him maybe thats why they think he looks uncomfortable idk.. hes not photogenic how can you say he doesnt look comfortable? this confused me so much i sent 70+ pictures of us with family with friends us alone chat logs plane tickets everything..

another thing the office wrote was that it is unusual for our culture to have such a small wedding ceremony..we specifically said in our paper work that we are going to have a bigger ceremony later on but at the moment we are focusing on saving for my husbands settlement in canada

in the end it said schedule interview pls

i dont know what to do its mid november i still havent received a interview date nor have i recieved any type of email from them asking for additional documents .. the note was made sept 22.. what do u guys think?

I had ordered a GCMS in September and below mentioned are the updates while comparing them.

Update:
September GCMS: November gcms:
Group name: (blank). PACE JW 43

Location: PS. PACE

On ACTIVITY:
New activity added.
Activity:Security.
Field name: status
Below is blank.
It's supposed to be new value, updated date and updated by in that blank.
But I have read that they won't write anything there for security reasons.
I hope it's all clear. Because location is changed from PS to PACE (at 4:00) after security check created time (3:59)
I assume they must have done security and updated on Oct 15 2016 at 3:59 and as it's good they must have forwarded to next section which is PACE.

At the end of GCMS a new note has been added.

ATIP finally replied back to me that they can see my request was due on September 26, 2016 and they will make it a priority.

I don't understand how others can be getting their notes around 30 days but yet mines and some others are taking more than 90 days.

I have read it somewhere in one of these threads what each Alphanumeric stands for.

Your Husband can order the notes not your representative unless you want your representative to do so .
yes fill up the form sign it and email it to your husband , your husband will be asked to provide an email address where the notes will be sent to .

I am the principal applicant and my husband is the sponsor. Which section do I fill in and sign and which one does he need to sign, section A, B or c and what is the email address to forward the GCMS form to?

You fill in section A, sign, scan and email to him. He fills out section C. Email is for him to fill in so they can deliver electronically.

I received my notes today and I need your help to decipher it, please.

On the first page, under Group Name, it states: Interview Islamabad Paper. Does it mean I'm on the interview queue?

Through out the notes, there is no other mention of the interview. I have 2 conclusions mentioned and both state that the officer is satisfied with the marriage and the proofs. What key indicators I should be looking at on my notes?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I cannot help you with explaining the notes. Can you please let me know when did you apply for gcms notes? How long it took them to respond?

It took them 34 days to send me the notes.
