Again this morning I received a private message someone reported that their ecas under Sponsorship Application Status changed from DECISION MADE to IN PROCESS. I told the person that it is a sign that PR application has been approved at the visa office. Guess what? 1 hour later they person emailed me over joyed saying his wife just received a call from the visa office saying the visa is issued and ready for pick up.

So I wish you a good luck.

Hello everyone,
I have a question, my husband and I ordered notes on August 2nd and we received PPR on August 22nd.
Until this day notes did not arrive to my husband's email. I know that I shouldn't ask for them because we already got passport request, but I was actually looking forward to what the notes said.
I was wondering does anyone know if we will ever get them or will they refund the money?

I can confirm that DM on sponsor side of ECAS has nothing to do with PR approval.

My ECAS says DM on sponsor side and we are in the interview queue.

Exactly the same circumstances here. Other than we have our date for the interview. ImABule is still waiting for their interview date.

Hello Masriixo,

You are almost done. Give them another 4-6 weeks they will request your Passport and issue your visa.

If Eligibility is passed there will be no need to request supporting documents.

Thank you. Hopefully by the second week of September I'll comment on this thread crying because they finally requested our passport. If not I'll be here crying for another reason lol.

There is nothing about our marriage eligibility section is missing I am Outland applicant from India in May 2016 we got email from visa office that eligibility is passed and they are doing background checks but after that I didn't hear anything please explain me if anyone knows about this

We never received any of the above e-mails. So when we got the notes we sent updated Schedule A and IMM 5406 via CSE enquiry. We also informed that we never received the e-mails in the notes.

My question is, will this delay impact negatively on our application?

Now I am thinking based on what have been reading that they may want Appendix A from date of 18th birthday but I have not received a response regarding the notes on the forms requested via e-mail which we never received.

They can withhold information from your notes that contains sensitive information (someone else's name, contact, etc), or information that may be required for an active investigation..

26 The head of a government institution may refuse to disclose any personal information requested under subsection 12(1) about an individual other than the individual who made the request, and shall refuse to disclose such information where the disclosure is prohibited under section 8.

Are you the PA or the Sponsor? They have the consent form (IMM 5744) form (that I apparently filled out incorrectly). Wasn't that supposed to authorise release of information? Did you and your SO fill out the Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) for each other? We did ...

I have received PPR from june 2, 2016 and sent the passport a week later. Its been 3 months + and the passport hasnt been returned. I have requested for GCM notes however the replied requesting for me to send back consent forms. Question will GCM note let me know why we havent gotten the passport back should I continue waiting or go ahead and send the consent form?

I am the Sponsor. We filled out the IMM5476 (Use of a Representative) and submitted it with the application, so I can contact CIC on my husband's behalf.

Sorry browning911 -- I couldn't remember if you were the PA or sponsor -- my bad!

You have to submit IMM5744 (a new one) every time you apply for ATIP (under PA or ATI). That's why they redacted those pages (assuming you didn't submit).
