I will post it again as got no answer :(

Hi All

I have read tha GCMS notes should be received in not more than 30 days.

If after these 30 days are not received: To which telephone or email should we contact the CIC to ask for them ?

( i have read somewhere in this forum that in that circumstance , calling after 31 days , then they send them fast )

Best Regards

The contact email is in the confirmation email they send you after you order them.

I am wondering if the decision to interview the spouse is made by the agent in the sponsorship country or by the agent in the spouses country ?

Interesting, as there were no Redflags stated in the notes in Canada and none in Cuba however Cuba decided there should be an interview.

hi Guys, we ordered our notes on July 16th - today is the 25th of August and we still haven't received them.
I sent them a status inquiery a couple of days ago, but again - nada

I will tell you a trick from experience. If you do not put your thoughts on the computer they can not be read! If you know what I mean. Not all notes have to be recorded on a system until they are your final thoughts.

The officer is supposed to be required to clearly outline the reasoning for an interview request in GCMS.

The local VO makes the recommendation and the file is then transferred back to CPC-M for final determination.

And that's why they write them down when it is their final position.

could someone please confirm. to apply for gcms notes its found under the information and privacy online request page right?

Hi Guys,

I can see S.26 in almost all pages of medical, security, eligibility and criminal sections on the top right corner, all the No. 1 notes in these categories are blank. what the hell it means? passed categories include eligibility, medical and criminality.

Wow

I would file a complaint if I was you.

I email them on day 31 if I don't have my notes.

I've always received them within hours of sending the email.
