Hey Eagle333, just would like to know what your input is with all the delays in ppr... It seems to have stopped after November files and this is driving us December applicants crazy... I do believe myself as IRCC explained in their last newsletter update that they will be focusing on "backlog" applications but they haven't seemed to be moving on any other files? Your input would be greatly appreciated on what's going on for the past 2 months

Djl I totally agreed with you that, it might take longer to feel that change IRCC promised. However, rest assured that they are working and soon your file will reach to its end.

I received notes last week (at 32 days) and as expected, eligibility not started and paper file location: registry.

Hi, Eagle333

It's so nice you are back. I am always eager to read your posts. They are like a source of information in well equipped library.

I would like to ask for your valuable opinion concerning our application, just in case you could answer if you have any time.

A month ago I received our first notes stating:
Eligibility Passed
Security blank and s.15(1) in the upper corner
Criminality Passed
Medical Passed

As I saw security and criminality have passed in June. The notes were generated in the beginning of July and the file at the time was literally on the desk of the officer in our VO.
We got a document request for CSQ back in May 2016, the officer put a beautiful note: "Fully satisfied the relationship is genuine and the marriage; ask for CSQ". We sent CSQ as soon as we received it in the beginning of June and 5 days later CRIM updated to passed, and as I followed the history of file SEC went blank at the same time.
BFD was July 12th, 2016 and ever since no contact or any other requests from the visa office. I read and re-read the notes like a crazy person trying to notice anything which might give me a clue where are we in the process... but I desperately run out of ideas.

Have you seen such cases where the background checks seem passed but there is no feedback for months?

I will greatly appreciate your thoughts!

Hello Jaytheo40,

Thanks for your reply. I wish you all the best.

Just want to remind other forum members that I am available these days, which means I will be replying to questions posted on all my 3 threads if I know the answer. I don't respond to private messages unless I ask you to do so because I have over 120 emails in my INBOX.

Thanks Eagle.

It has been 31 days as of today so still waiting for our first GCMS notes. In our GC Key the only update is "medical passed". Nothing has been started.

Hi All

I have read tha GCMS notes should be received in not more than 30 days.

If after these 30 days are not received: To which telephone or email should we contact the CIC to ask for them ?

( i have read somewhere in this forum that in that circumstance , calling after 31 days , then they send them fast )

Best Regards

Good day Shantaveli,

Honestly speaking PPR is just a second away. All your ASSESMENTS are completed and POSITIVE. Give them 4-6 weeks from your last BFD someone will contact you.

Have you heard about a little virtue called PATIENCE? Yes, you need this virtue during this waiting moment.

On my gcms notes they mention a batch email they sent requesting an updated Schedule A and an updated imm 50466. We never received that email. I have sent in two inquiries for information but no response. Any suggestions?

Some VO's ask for these forms during processing and so what you should do is simply include the time from when you applied until now for the IMM5669 and if the family info form has no change then just submit it again with updated signature.

Hello, Eagle333

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer me.
This little virtue is actually a big thing! The humans don't keep the situation well in hand.

Wishing you all the best!
