Can someone help me with GCMS Notes ---

Eligibility Passed
Security --
Criminality Passed
Medical - Passed.

Application Assignment Due Date is
2016/07/22
What does the due date mean?

On the notes everything is cleared. I dont understand its been 50 since remedical request
I don't know how long do I have to wait.


SEcurity is also done because I see this in my GCMS notes the S.15(1)

That is all that's needed.

Have your wife scan and email it to you.

Upload it when prompted while ordering the notes.

Due date is the date the file will be looked at again.

That was today.

So expect it to be finalized real soon!

Apparently the forms have slightly changed. There is a new signature line in section C for ''representative'' and I'm not clear who would sign here. Perhaps it can be left blank considering we don't have a representative - if you can look at the new form and let me know that would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to finally getting my first notes as we have had no communication whatsoever from the VO in Sao Paulo.

I am not sure if it is to be left blank or not.

I'm planning on calling the call centre to enquire about it Monday as I too will need to order new notes soon.

hello people, need an opinion on this one. since i cannot copy the note, here is what i saw in my notes.

In the Activities section, Under the first 3 activities.

Sub activity, type- Verification QA
STATUS- COMPLETED

ACTIVITY 2

STATUS- CANCELLED

ACTIVITY 3

STATUS- NOT STARTED

My question is- What is this 'Verification QA' ?

I just received the first and probably the last set of our notes showing:

Eligibility Passed
Security blank
Criminality Passed
Medical Passed

All done a month and a half ago!
We got a doc request back in May 2016 and on the Due Date July 12th, our file is still on the agent's desk.
I presume we will receive news soon.
The most beautiful thing I've ever seen says: Fully satisfied the relationship is genuine and the marriage was not entered to gain status in Canada!

I think i have done mistake according to forum i saw to fill requester name in section c in consent form . I did signature and submitted for Gcms notes .what to do now will you please tell me

Yeah, this is what concerns me. The two week delay in notes if I sign section C and it turns out we should not.

I order and reorder the day they arrive lol.
