Hello everyone,

I ordered notes last week so am expecting them in around 30 days. Does anyone know if notes are prepared closer to the date I ordered or to the date they get delivered to me?

Hey guys. In my GCMS notes there is 1 page in Particular that has s.16(1) on the right corner. Now i noticed here that s.15 is related to security. But what does s.16 mean?

I believe that's security checks being hidden from your files..

I just lurked around. I am currently studying and getting a deeper understanding of GCMS notes.
It somehow fascinates me.

They will notify you by email. Which method you choose for mode of delivery? if email, then they will provide you a link to download.

hi my wife has done her medical 29th of june last month ,,today i have received the notes created on 30th june 2016
just wanna know in eligibility it written ,,,,Recommended Passed.... so what should i think there is no interview

Not official yet, a senior officer will do a final check for elegibility, but likely the interview will be wave. Except if they find something else like criminality issue or something like that. Congrat it's really good to have "recommended passed"

I started ordering them directly after SA.

Although they didn't contain much info, I wanted to see if there was any initial concerns about our file.

I reorder them the day they come.

I'm currently waiting for my fourth set of notes which should arrive on July 31. I will order again when they arrive.

i have ordered the notes about a week and a half ago. I want to know if the security checks are started. i hope it has a section about security because we have passed the criminality and medical. since then its been a few months so i want to know if it is the security thats causing the hold up or what.

I'm about to apply for my GCMS notes for the first time. I am a Canadian resident sponsoring my wife from Brazil. Our application is being processed in Sao Paulo. I understand even though I'm the sponsor I still need a signed consent form from my wife to be able to view our entire file. I'm a little confused as to which part I fill out and which is filled out by my wife ...

Consent for an access to information and personal information request

SECTION A - you must clearly write your name and date of birth

SECTION B - if you are also seeking the information of your spouse or common law partner in your ATIP request, you must indicate their name and signature

SECTION C - You must write your designated individuals contact information

I'm assuming my wife fills out section A. I think section B is left blank and my info (sponsor and requestor) is filled out in Section C?Huh

Hi.

Your wife fills Section A and signs.

Your wife enters your info in Section C.

Select "email"

That is all that's needed.

Have your wife scan and email it to you.

Upload it when prompted while ordering the notes.
