Hi ALL ,
do you guys know what happen next when CIC extends medicals for 1 year after police certificate request and updated Schedule A ? I hope it means process is almost done .
and why would they extend some peoples medicals and ask others to re-do it ?

PPR is next.

It is up to the discretion of the visa officer processing your file.

If all assessments are complete and the only thing stopping PPR is an expiring medical they will normally extend it. If they are still processing the application and the medical expires they will normally request a new one.

Khurram Arif.

The due date is nothing but make you worry - "Oh! I have to wait till... " or "Oh! the due date has passed....."
Keep calm and cool, mine was Feb 2016.

FOSS is the PA's in Canada immigration history. No indication PA has overstayed in Canada or worked is what it means.

Dear,hang in there! :)
Your gcms notes looks good.
FOSS record is clean

The FOSS means Field Operations Support System (FOSS)
- is database is a central repository of information on all persons who have been, may be or are wanted to be seen by Immigration staff. FOSS is the main operational support system for immigration operations in Canada. The system is comprised of numerous components including query functions, status entry, document creation, refugee monitoring, case processing support, medical profiles, registry functions, client name and address, statistical functions, airport primary inspection line functions, access and security, appeals and litigation, quality assurance and records maintenance. FOSS also provides query capabilities for lost, stolen and fraudulent documents. All Immigration staff that work with the public and the staff that support these officers use FOSS. It is also used at all international airports by customs inspectors and by a number of specialized groups, such as: Case Management, Query Response Centre, Social Insurance Registry, Immigration Health, Immigration Statistics, External Affairs Protocol, Canadian consulates in various locations in the United States. There are 21.2 million client records and over 37.7 million document reference records.

Hello everyone,

I ordered notes last week so am expecting them in around 30 days. Does anyone know if notes are prepared closer to the date I ordered or to the date they get delivered to me?
