Primary : Warsaw
Secondary : Mississauga

What does this mean?

Is my file being treated in Warsaw or Mississauga?

Anyone else have this in their notes?

That's strange. My notes say Primary: CPC-M Secondary: Singapore.

So based on what you wrote, since my primary now lists Warsaw, it means that CPC-M forwarded it to Warsaw for further processing.

This is strange to me as in my SA letter it said that my file would be sent to CPC-Mississauga (not Warsaw).

CPC-Mississauga is not a visa office Warsaw is. CPC-Mississauga is only a PRIMARY OFFICE when they are processing SPR's eligibility then latter becomes SECONDARY OFFICE when visa office start processing PA's eligibility. If your letter said CPC-M could be a mistake somewhere you might receive an updated letter if your are lucky or else you need to contact them.

I contacted them and they said there was indeed a mistake on my SA letter stating that PA's eligibility would be sent to CPC-M for further processing.

Approval was done on the 19th Jan 2016

Security portion has S.15(1) in the upper right corner. I am still waiting for PPR.

same code for both. Do you think assigned by and to same code is OK? How do you explain the above notes? MyCIC shows BG Check in Progress since Jan 19 2016. Note was produced on the 31st March 2016. Thank you.

Hello NBOCT,

If you did applied for OUTLAND, I would have told you that the next step is visa in the passport. Since your application is INLAND I cannot really guess what to tell you. It is still normal for me to see that an officer assigning a file to himself which means he still working on it.

I applied for spouse sponsorship in Feb 2016. File is with NDVO. If possible can you let me know at what stage previous marriage document and information is assessed.

The reason I am asking is lot of Feb 2016 ppl form NDVO received DM, and I want to know whether 2nd marriage related checks are already commenced or completed for me ?

Is it right time to order GCMS?

First of all let me thankyou Eagle333 for the pain and effort you are taking in clearing our doubts and I appreciate the way you have studied the subject and your knowledge about it..

Coming to my doubt, I see in my GCMS Notes that CPC Ottawa has transferred the file to NDVO on March 25th. Though the Activity List mentioned Eligibility : Met, Assessment Status says Eligibility : Not Started.

So do you say that our Local Visa Office will again do one more round of Eligibility check? I assumed that the file will be transferred to Local VO only if Eligibility was met and that Local VO is majorly responsible for Security(Background checks) and Visa Stamping.

Please provide your comments on the above and correct me is I am wrong in my understanding.

Re-Medical -- In my case they have asked me to do re-medical at earliest and I did re-medical couple of days before. My question is that do you think if this is a good sign that they have asked me for re-medical at earliest? Do you think they are now about to finalize the case otherwise they may give me 15 days, 30 days and 45 days time for re-medical? By the way they previously gave me 45 days for 1st medical assignment in Feb-2015. What do you think?
