Really? My wife is Indonesian and her birth certificate is in Bahasa Indonesia with English underneath each line much like the Buku Nikah. My wife is from Jawa Tengah.
Perhaps the poster can ask the government office to see if they can issue birth certificate with English also as ImABule mentioned. Never hurts to try. If that's not workable, then poster can get it translated and notarized.

You put your name ( principal Applicant ) in section A and your Sponsor's name in Section B . and then your sponsor's name if he is Canadian in section C .
Only Canadian Citizen can request the notes .

Hope this help

Hello everyone,

What does it mean in the GCMS notes the following: "DOCs on file: CJPC, BC, MC, Pending: CJPC C & R". It was part of the notes made by the visa officer. Perhaps: BC - Birth Certificate, MC - Marriage Certificate. CJPC C & R ???

And regarding the Info sharing section, status being ready for assessment, if the due date for that section is February 10, but the last update on file is February 24, does that mean that they already received the information from their US partner? There is a s()() on the right side of that section.

Thank you...

Hi everyone!

Got my GCMS notes last Tuesday and gave them some serious studying.

Eligibility: passed (feb/17/2016)
Criminality: passed (feb/26/2016)
Medicals: passed (jan/12/2016
Security: not started (says started Jul/31/2015 by the principal officer evaluating my application).

This week is the 11 month anniversary since I sent my application inland under the BC PNP stream. Single applicant here.

The security due date says July/30/2016.

Any experienced applicant or someone who has had a similar case would be able to explain when I could expect PPR?

Thanks in advance!

Has anyone ordered their notes after a ARC approval?

Hi Stephan reily,

You can fill the form using computer, then print it out. Sign the printed one and scan it. Finally attach the scanned version (with the signature) to the ATIP request. That is what I have done to order our notes.

Hope that would help you.

Hey guys, I got my notes today. It does say "not started" for the eligibility so I suppose that is a good sign according to what Eagle said about the initial officer in CPC-M.

Couple things I don't understand:

It says "new worker" as my wife's occupation. She's unemployed and had a couple short lived waitress positions in the last 2 years. She hasn't been working since October.

There's a NOC code in the file as: 9914000.. No idea what that is about.

Why is EE eligibility, work experience and PNC in a family class application notes?

Application status: 3 Case status: Prospective. Again, no idea what that means.

Activity 7: Biographic, New Value: Submit.. Don't know what that is

Activity 9: Biographic, New Value: Submit- Delayed.. Any ideas what this is?

ImABule,

The main things you need to look at in your GCMS notes are Eligibility, Criminality, Security and Medical. Don't go to far in thinking.

Why is EE eligibility, work experience and PNC in a family class application notes?
This is not for you since it is a family application

Application status: 3 Case status: Prospective. Again, no idea what that means.
You're a prospective when they have not made a Decision on your PR application

Activity 7: Biographic, New Value: Submit.. Don't know what that is
New Value is the status of Biography after CIC received feedback from the USA

Activity 9: Biographic, New Value: Submit- Delayed.. Any ideas what this is?
Delay means it the biography request was not sent yet

Thank you so much for your reply.

Do you know what the NOC is for? Or why it says new worker when my wife doesn't work?
