Hi there, mine second page shows s15(1) with everything passed except security. Its not started. Please suggest

For most applicants security starts soon after Eligibility Review is "Passed", if applicable yours should too in due course. See the process here

Yes, eligibilty passed in january 9, 2020 and due date in gcms notes was 11 August 2020 for eligibility and for medical, criminality, security was 12 August 2020.

Information share is also complete

Criminality, security and info sharing are all part of Background checks. Not all applications go to CSIS/CBSA for screening; it's at the visa officers discretion to request this.

Quoting some info from the CBSA screening manual below.

If Security on page#2 under Assessments section was blank (redacted) and it was taking a very long time for completion then that could be indicative that the file is undergoing enhanced screening but that's not the case with your file.

Also the due dates are system generated dates and related activity with a file can happen well before that date and a times well after that date.

Officers who have reason to believe that an applicant may be inadmissible pursuant to
section(s) 34, 35 andlor 37 of IRPA, but need additional information to make a
determination, should send a request for security screening to the NSSD and screening
partners as applicable.

For applicants who are not inadmissible pursuant to sections 36, 38, 39, 40, 4 I and/or 42 of
IRPA,
pursuant to sections 34, 35 and/or 37 of IRPA can be determined
based on available information,
Referral for security screening is not required.

Discretionary screening referrals
Applications that meet any of the criteria below may be referred for security screening at the
officer's discretion
