GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

I ordered my notes on 7 july and two weeks ago they send a mail for 30 days extension

Well at least you got an email telling you , we received nothing . Last set was ordered May 31 and received July 30. This is why I read ordered July 8

"Please verify Economic Not started folder under the PRU folder if no subsequent note is entered pertaining to email received"

I ordered a gcms note to get information about a particular date in a document I submitted in 2016 while applying for study visa. The note came back without any information to that regard. When I enquired why I didn't get that particular document. The response was that all the note I was sent was what was IRCC sent. Again that the document may have been discarded. What do I do about this.

i ordrered my gsms note a month ago and received its in about 32 days.

my notes says that "based on documentation submitted, additional information must be submitted in order to confirm that the relationship is genuine"

after submitted more documents, it showed "based on the documentation submitted, I am satisfied that the relationship is genuine and that the sponsor and PA are cohabiting in Canada. PA eligibility decision: Passed."

After that my file was sent to Etobicoke office for further assessment.

any idea why it say passed and they send my file away

I ordered for gcms notes twice and the snapshot is below:

ASSESSMENTS:
Eligibility: passed
Security: (blank)
Criminality: passed
Medical: passed
Information sharing: complete
Other requests: Cancelled
Final: blank

Also, the security is blank and its mentioned s.15 in one page.
I the whole gcms notes, there is no mention of security screening.
What does this mean ? And also, what does other reqs: cancelled means

Appreciate if someone who has got good knowledge on gcms notes help me with this.

Security is blank and s.15 means . ATIP removed the security details under privacy act. it is a good thing .

Also, I has called the CIC call center, the agent said, everything is fine, and the file is for review.

Just received my GCMS notes
This time I ordered from CBSA to fing out if im on security screening
But still doesn’t say anything about security just blank
What can i do now?
Does that mean they didnt sent my file for security screning?
Please help

Hi, what is your AOR? And can you please give all the time lines. Is there s.15 written anywhere in you gcms notes ? Did you get any ADR ? How did you assume that you are in security screening?

You can make a complaint to another crappier (excuse my language) department about lateness of your ATIP request:
https://www.oic-ci.gc.ca/en/make-complaint-online

If you do make a complaint to them make sure you call them couple times to follow up or else Information Commissioner office ^^^ will also not care about your cause. Once they start the process then CIC ATIP officers will take action and send you the request.

As for your 2nd question, a lot of people have similar experience / files lost, delayed, not taken action upon, you name it. CIC is the most disorganized / dysfunctional gov org that we pay taxes for. Only thing you can do is email, call, reach out...

Ordered mine July 11th. After day 45 I emailed them. Got a reply 1 week later saying they will put a priority on them as they are backlogged. Going on day 55 still nothing
