I just received the GCMS notes for my study permit which was approved 4 years ago. Under info sharing, there is only 1 partner, USA, which makes sense because I went there. However, I disclosed that I was denied a study visa in Australia and included the rejection letter but there’s no info sharing with Australia. Is this normal?

Try to call IRCC call centre asap and check with them on what basis your eligibility has failed. Also in GCM notes check officer notes (usually in last few pages) and it should be mentioned there as well.

Then maybe because of medical expiry that the eligibility has got failed. Once you upload the remedicals it may go back to in progeess. I think you should call them and enquire soon.

Hello everyone , I’m a PR in Canada and I applied to sponsor my husband in Nigeria.please I have a mind boggling question.
I requested for gcm notes 18th of Mach and got it April 19, the note says that interview is required and the officer updated this on October 30, 2017. But I haven’t heard anything from them since the initial submission of the application on November 2016. Also what does it mean when the file location is saying “pending inland action” please help anyone.

Did he eventually he the interview?
