hi everyone,

so many people have been anxious about their application status and some have ordered for their gcms notes which is one of the best ways to address any concerns or issues with your application. this process is very simple and seamless and for those with refusals. you can pin point the exact problems with your application before reapplying.

i would urge everyone to share how they applied for their gcms notes and their timelines on this thread. thank you so much

Hi, I am about to apply for GCMS notes. I have a previous application in 2019. I need notes for my current application. How can I ensure that I get the recent notes? The form doesn't have a field for Application #.
Which form? It does ask for UCI and Application #.

is there any difference in ordering gcms from India and from canada?

GCMS are not country specific. It's a system that has all the information related to your application and every Canadian embassy around the world uses it. Regardless of where you apply from (from Canada or from any other country), you are going to get same information.

Absolutely no difference, there is a myth/misconception that some folks have that ordering from Canada is faster. The law governing the Gcms process is the same regardless of where the request originates from.

Just want to share...

I applied for GCMS notes through getgcms.com last December and I received my notes after 4 months (they requested a 90-day extension in January). My colleagues received the extension request as well.

I decided to order again on February 4th through an individual I met in one of the forums, she's a PR in Canada, and I got my notes after 30 days.

This is for the same application #.

Nothing to do with PR v/s website order. It's possible that getgcms ignored or delayed the requests for some reason. But in any case, exceptions do happen.
