GCMS NOTES - Help

Guys, has anyone ordered GCMS notes every second week and received them accordingly? I ordered mine 2 weeks ago and want to order another one again, but not sure when would they send them - from the date of your last order or each order?

I heard it takes around a month to get the notes and that too they will provide you information only up to the date when you requested it. I mean lets say you request today on Dec 1 you will get the notes in Jan first week, but you will information til Dec 1 only ....

They generate it roughly a week after your request, so if you made request on Dec 1, you'll get your notes on December 31 and they will be generated on December 7-10

I know that it takes a month to get them. But for example, if ordered first time on November 15 and second time today, will I get it December 15 and January 1 or they will just send only one from my last order and ignore the Nov 15 one? Nor sure how can i explain it more clearly. I just want to receive it every second week rather than waiting a month...
