Me. I applied two times. One for me and one for my dependents.
If you are not receiving, after like 2 months, applied again. Last year that happened to me. Never received so applied again and after 25 days, I got it.

i have applied 3 times last month as well.

But that is no good . Applied, wait and if not receiv so applied again. But it tskes minimum 25 days to one month to get them. Only after that time they are delayed.
Probably system is ignoring duplicated requests.

I submitted my first GCMS notes request in 2025 and received the response within 10 days. However, I submitted a second GCMS notes request on March 24, 2026, and have not received the notes yet. The only communication I have received is the standard automated email messages. It appears that first-time applicants may receive responses more quickly, while subsequent requests take significantly longer.

Multiple requests may be processed separately, which can increase the workload for the ATIP office.
Having several active requests at the same time can lead to longer processing times because officers must prepare responses for each request. instead of RE-APPLY, follow-up sending an email with your reference no.

Yes, but for me is one file and for my dependents other file (spouse and child in same notes). I never could know how their file was going only with my notes.
As you said applied again and again just delay the process.
