GCMS NOTES AND REAPPLICATION

guys! read below, my GCMS NOTE. what should i do next.

I have reviewed the application.
Taking the applicant's plan of studies into account, the documentation provided in support of the applicant's financial situation does not demonstrate that funds would be sufficient or available.
Pa has submitted 3 separate accounts/statements listing funds in her name - however majority of deposits in account are cash or from individuals including reference to pa. Unable to determine the source of funds.
I am not satisfied that the proposed studies would be a reasonable expense.
I am not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of their stay as a temporary resident, I note that: -Pa indicates she is widowed since DEC20 and has listed 1 child, however is not sufficiently established in CoR.
The study plan does not appear reasonable given the applicant's employment and education history. I note that:
-the client's proposed studies are not reasonable given their career path
Weighing the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will adhere to the terms and conditions imposed as a temporary resident.
For the reasons above, I have refused this application.

Medical: Not done as at refusal
Working experience over 8 years (with construction companies as document controller)
GIC acct: opened after refusal (the GIC is still giving me issues, as the CIBC is claiming to not have recieved. once settled, i shall reapply with it)
School Fees: Paid in this Nov.
accommodation fee: Application fee of CAD450 paid in this Nov.

Program start Jan. but i can kick start by May 2022
What do u guys say I should do next?

Can you summarize your profile and what was submitted as proof of fund. its a kinda hard to connect your previous posts. there are two issues, purpose of study and proof of fund

my first application was submitted without a strong SOP or any payment of school fees or GIC (guessing from the refusal letter)

I blindly did that application without guilds, that was before I located this forum.
I never explained in details the income or strong ties. Though I submitted the amount that’s good enough to get me a study permit but my explanations was empty. (Judging from my understandings now)

What course did you apply for. VO says it's unreasonable. That's the crux of your refusal. Financial reasons can be easily cleared by providing a source for the funds you showed. But if your course is not showing relevance or progression, you will be refused again.

i did Business Education in my past qualification but in a college of Education, now i want to further it with Business Administration in the University of Regina.
Job History, I have worked as Project Secretary (Admin) and now has been working in Document Control Centre of in a construction company.

who will help me construct a solid convinction SOP

Is not about writing sop...
Since your previous study/ program is at undergraduate level they will refuse you again ,if your proposed study in Canada is at undergraduate level..
If this is the case...you should progress to graduate certificate or post graduate certificate in the same field
