GCMS Notes: Access to Information Act or Privacy Act?

Hi Friends,

I am ordering GCMS notes online.. There are 2 questions I am confused about..

Question 1. Please select the Act under which you are submitting the request.
Option A. Access to Information Act
Option B. Privacy Act

Question 2.Which type of records do you wish to request?
Option A. Case files
Option B. Corporate records

Can you guys please tell me which option do I need to pick for each of these 2 questions.

Pretty sure I chose option A for both and got my case notes.

Yes its option A for both..
