GCMS Note Vs ECAS

Hello Guys,

I need information regarding GCMS note and ECAS.
I have already applied for the PR, my AOR date is 29th Sep 2016 and today my background status changed to not needed.
At this point, I wish to get more information about my application status, however, ECAS is not processing any information yet.

Questions?
1) After how many weeks ECAS is accessible?
2) Does ECAS give the same information as GCMS note?

2) No. Significantly less detail in ECAS.

IIRC, they removed ECAS access for EE applicants sometime in mid 2015. Not sure what's the latest on that.
