GCMS Note says application referred to SDS

Service Delivery Specialist (SDS)
In the context of eTA, Level 2 decision maker responsible for complex decision making and information gathering for overseas missions.
I've received feedback on my posts telling me It's none of my business why people order GCMS notes that they can't understand and if I don't like the question I don't need to respond. That's true enough as far as it goes, but I hate to see people making themselves crazy wondering what it means.
Now that you know SDS means Service Delivery Specialist your next question will be "why was my application referred to a Service Delivery Specialist?? No one knows.

My GCMS note also says case referred after consulting SDS. Mine’s regarding police certificate. I do have a dui from my country and currently it’s taking more than a year for criminality check. The wait is killing
I don't have any criminal record and the police certificate has proved that, so I have no idea why SDS is involved
My personal credit is perfect in my country, so I don't worry about any SDS, it's just that it takes me too much time, which is obviously unnecessary!
