No, it is just for your own record.
You order the notes to see what is happening with your application.

30 days..if u didnt get it in 30 days email them...
also i asked ur time line several times..saw ur file was rejected for same reason for which mine is under review so wan
to know how much time they took to send u rejection
also did u tried sending updated letter..several people updated letter have been accepted but mine case is different so will be good if u can reply me...
