Sorry to start the topic again..... I am August application, just wonder whoever has recommented passed in his eligibility status, did it also say your file transfer to another vo? Mine transfer to rc - 6262... I am wonder if our case is recommended passed, why do they need to send to someone to review it? As in. My case, I was found non-comly by failing surrender my off campus work permit... so I am kind.of. worried about it...

I understand your worries but posting same question again and again is not going to help. Your case was already reviewed and the reviewing officer recommended to pass you. Another senior officer will review your application and that recommendation and will have final decision. No one at this or other forum can know the outcome so I suggest you just be calm and try to occupy yourself with something else...

haven't u done anything about ur case??? I thought u finally spoke with a lawyer

Hi Nicole....I had the same entry on my GCMS. It said "recommend passed" and then was assigned to RC6262. I believe RC stands for responsibility centre which will then decide where your file will be sent to - medicals/PPR etc. I had security, criminality, medicals......everything.....was assigned to RC6262 after it was reviewed by the . I dont believe you should be worried. It seems to me that you have passed your eligibility. What do your notes section at the end of the document say? Maybe you have said it before but I am unable to find the details of your notes section.

me too, mine is assigned to the same officer and eligibility is recommend passed. hopefulagain, have u got MR??? which dept or vo issued ur MR?? I guess Nicole is stressing over nothing.

I.know it is getting annoying by asking the question again and.again.....I.told with counselling, not lawyer... as I tried to.book the appointment with a lawyer in Toronto, they are either told me they can't help.me with it as.I.already submitted my case, or their assistant told me that my case doesn't need any action now.. I.was helpless at that time, then I wrote a letter to explain my situation at that time... I hope they could understand why.I didn't surrender my work permit at that time... however, I found my lawyer and he told. Me. Anything is ok, and I.don't need to take any action, otherwise I can create problem for.myself by reviewing my case again ... but I already send.the.letter out. .. that is why I am so worried about it again

I got same vo as u and same due date which is sept 7th, i am not sure if we will wait till this date to get MR. Fingers crossed

Hey, is it possible for u to give me your friend business contact ? As yesterday I went to another lawyer place, she told me that cic can reject me based on that, as I was considered work without valid work permit at that time, but it is not a big thing... As I am recommended passed already...
However, I want to talk with different lawyer for suggestion, see what to do...
