GCKey Question about Number of Applicants

I'm awaiting AOR and looking at the instructions for linking the app in GCKey. For the number of applicants, do you include a non-accompanying dependent? I know to include both sponsor and PA, but wasn't sure if a non-accompanying dependent was considered to be an applicant. Thanks!

What about accompanying dependents? You would count those, right?

So if my application is my sponsor, me (the applicant), and my 2 dependents, my total would be 4?
