GCKey application in progress since March 2020 - Withdraw or Wait?

I applied for Parent's visa application from Chandigarh, India in March 2020. Biometrics requested and submitted for Dad in Sep 2021 and for Mom in March 2022.

The application is showing in progress since then and there have been no status updates.

I have sent about 6 status update requests via Web Form but all responses have been generic indicating the application is in progress/review.

Should I withdraw this 2 year old application and apply on the new portal or wait for this application to be processed?

No point in waiting for 2 years. Just reapply and move on..

The last activity on the application, i.e. the biometrics for my mom were only collected in 2 months ago in March 2022.

1. Check with MP.
2. Most likely your medical is expired if you did upfront, you can try submitting medical again. It might help moving your file.

My file is also similar, april 2021.

Medical has not been requested and was not part of the original document checklist. This is for a visitor visa only (less than 6 months).
