I pretty sure CIC will not respond with that answer because that definitely has NO legal basis. If they have given you 60 days, it means 60 days, not 59. So technically you are allowed to submit your application on the 60th day and if the fault is at CIC's end, then you should get some grace period.

take a chill pill mate, it was a joke...

whether they give a grace period or not is upto them, i dont think you can demand it... (you can try obviously) but they are not obligated to do it

By the way, just logged on to CIC no problem...

I am able to Log In however when I click on Continue Application, it just shows broken link

I hope this is a joke.

Having a mild panic attack. In the pool for almost 2 years. Spent 6 months in therapy getting over having to leave Canada. Finally have enough money and head space to apply without risking being rejected as well as being able to retake our language tests for full marks and THIS happens.

We may never make it to Canada and it makes me feel sick.

I am guessing, that you are currently in UK. So why not to try get to one of the future sessions for New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
I know, I know, it is not ideal, but unlike most people outside, you have chance to get invitation. And then up to you to try to get contact with their immigration officers.

relax, you are in a good space now anyways...

The CIC site is lagging a lot. It takes several minutes to click through it Login itself was on normal speed.

Aftermath of yesterday will be only seen in next few months.
