Yup. That's all the Americans working out how to get to Canada.

Good luck, guys. With President Trump the EE pool is about to get A LOT bigger.

So its doom for America :D ;D :D

American privilege is thinking you can move anywhere if Trump gets elected, yet being sceptical of refugees seeking safe haven from warzone.

ROFLMAO... is there a way to put +111 somewhere ? hilarious

Yes exactly, it is because of all people from USA, checking about immigration. Anyway they will find fast enough just what does it all mean.

If the website doesn't get up and running today, will CIC give grace period to people who have ITAs??? For example someone might have had its 60th day today to submit his application but now he/she can't login and submit it.

well CIC can easily ask what you were doing for the 59 days previously :)

i'm pretty sure they wont mind, as long as you give a proper LOE

I pretty sure CIC will not respond with that answer because that definitely has NO legal basis. If they have given you 60 days, it means 60 days, not 59. So technically you are allowed to submit your application on the 60th day and if the fault is at CIC's end, then you should get some grace period.

Well, good thing the FBI PCC takes more than four months to process, so it might take some time before the EE pool expands significantly with.

Wrong,
you do not need FBI clearing in order to have EE (that one is post ITA Stage). You only need language test and ECA. And that can be done within 1 month. So await many new faces in January
