What’s the difference between GC key and ECAS? I successfully linked my application to GC key account but can’t do it on ECAS? Any thoughts? Thanks

If you applied online, ECAS usually doesnt work. But you can track your application’s status on GCKEY account too. If you dont get update for long time in GCKEY account then call IRCC to get updates.
