GC Account login - online, URGENT QUERY PLEASE!

Is there a log-in issue with the study permit application GC account today (20 Nov, 2019, since 8 AM India time)?

Anyone else facing log-in issues?

I'm in India, and it's 1:40 PM, on November 20th 2019, right now here.

I have an update to the GC account (got an email asking me to log into the account), but I have not been able to get to the online page that asks for your username & password.

When I click on the "Sign in to your account here" tab in the "check application status" webpage, it should normally redirect to the page which asks you to enter your username & password.

But clicking the "sign in" tab just gives me a fully white screen (blank webpage) with no movement. It's not showing the page where you have to type username & password.

Tried with various browsers and 2 computers; no use. Still showing the blank page only.

Is this problem just with me? Anyone else facing login issues? Kindly help please...

Was so scared that suddenly my GC account vanished or something!!

Thanks a lot for your reply. Hope this gets sorted out soon.

Already this process takes time and is very detailed. We don't want webpage problems to trouble us additionally!!
