I am planning to apply through Express PR. I have work experience of 3.2 yrs with gaps involved in between. Of this 3.2yrs, 0.6yrs was before my Post Graduation and rest 2.8 after my Post Graduation. After my PG, 1st tenure was 1.3yrs then 2nd tenure of 0.4yrs then a gap of 9 months and then the third tenure of 0.4yrs and 4th tenure was of 0.7yrs. Please advise if this should be a cause of worry.
I have not absconded in any of these cases but don't possess a relieving certificate but have appointment letters and salary slips of 2 of these short tenures (Rest 2 are fine) . Please guide if i should disclose these experience as foreign work experience while applying for PR as this will affect my score.
