Hello,

I am currently at Seneca and my course finishes in december. I want to take another course at George brown college in May. SO there is a gap of 4 months.
My current study permit expires on 31st March 2015.

Will the gap effect my chances of study permit renewal?

Please advise me.

New rules, you must remain 'enrolled'/'registered' as a student.

I have a question then. My SP expires Nov 2015. What if after completing my current course in Aug 2015, I intend to take up yet another course for Jan 2016 intake. Is this not possible if I get the acceptance letter and apply for the extension of my student visa before Nov 2015?

You can't apply for new course without official transcript and official transcript takes 2 months. Moreover how will you apply for study permit extension without official transcript. So if u sum it up, I don't think it will be a big of a deal.
