G1 license - can I be accompanied by driver with foreign licence?

I have a G1 driver's license. Can I be accompanied by someone with 4 years of driving experience, but who holds A FULL FOREIGN DRIVER'S LICENCE (not Canadian)?

No, the passenger who accompany you should have the 4 yr driving experience in Canada.

Imagine a scenario, you get pulled over by the cops, do you think they will be interested to take 3 years experience from foreign drivers licenses and 1 year from Canadian driving license of your co passenger ?

No. The law is pretty clear. G licensed driver with 4+ years of experience.
