Hi, may I ask does the funds declared include both cash, bank deposit and property (houses and apartment)? If yes, at what value should we record those property, is it at cost or market value? Many thanks

Not all visa offices accept properties, check with your visa office if they accept properties as proof of funds. I guess you need to make a notarized value from municpality, value from property registration etc which will state exect proice of your property.

The only office that accepts property valuation is London, and only for the preliminary application.
