Full name not on birth certificate

Hi,

I am aware that birth certificate is one of the documents that would be required to be submitted. However, the name on my birth certificate does not have a part of my full name, whereas all my other documents and educational documents have the full one. Kindly suggest what I should do?

Lets start at the beginning. There a few options.

1st. - can you request a correct copy? (amended copy)?

Are you sure you need a birth certificate? It is required only if you have dependant children.

Birth certificate are not required, they are only required for your dependents.
