Hi! the 2nd AOR that forum members refer to is the e-mail received from your VISA Office stating that they received your full documents. In that AOR, they will state that "within XX days" they will communicate with you so if it's "90days from date of the AOR letter" then expect to receive medical request days before or after the 90th day.

hi frlooks like visa office newdelhi has got standstill for applicants submitting full docs in april....nothing is happening.....
i was wondering with this speed when will reach to july applicants...

Here's the topics on my 2nd AOR:
Processing time - says that they will respond in 90days, else contact them.
Interview -if needed
Interpreters -if needed
Non-resident applications -something about delays if you have you have accompanying members in other countries
Change in circumstance -says let them know if there's a change in address, widraw of app or representative.

My 2nd AOR also includs the new file number ;D Let me know if you need more info, I just summarized it based on my understanding ;D

-sent application again to cio on march 3, 2010
-recieved 1st AOR on april 16, 2010
-sent full documents on july 1, 2010 via embassy's drop box
-recieved 2nd AOR on July 2, 2010 from manila VO
-e-cas status: recieved by VO

just a question. does recieving a 2nd AOR means that my score is more than 67 points and my application is complete when it comes to required documents?

Unfortunately not. It just means that VO has received your full document set. It certainly does not mean that your application was eligible and/or complete. Your case will be evaluated once your ecas status changes to "In Process"

Hi I recieved my AOR on 6th Aug...My NOC is 4131

The forms on CIO website have been changed now (after 26th June). should we use these new forms while sending full docs to VO or the copy of same old forms that we sent to CIO?
